(2005): A Review on the Person-Context Interaction Theories.. In: Psychological Science (China) 28 (5), S. 1256-1258
Abstract: Person-Context Interaction Theories proposed that the person-context system is an integrated, complex and dynamic totality, of which the individual is an active, purposeful part. The role of the context for individual functioning and development, principles in the functioning of the person-context system, and the structures and processes involved in the operation of person and context subsystem were analyzed in detail in these theories. Although these theoretical propositions are difficult to be operationalized, they have far-reaching implications for current psychological theories, methodology and research strategy.
